1. Proof of Purchase, such as an screen shot or photo of your receipt from place of purchase, showing the model number and date of purchase. Please note that the warranty registration does not replace a Proof of Purchase.
2. Current shipping address
3. Picture or video of broken or defective part to show us what's wrong - Send a picture of what's wrong or broken, so we can avoid having you mail us back the defective product. (Please note that pictures and/or videos are essential to a speedy resolution.)
Bentgo offers industry-leading warranties for a period from the date of purchase on most products. Please see the user manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
The Warranty is intended for defective parts/products. For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner. Personalized items are covered under warranty if there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Purchases from other non-authorized resellers are not considered authentic goods and have no warranty.
